In 1994, the OTC was awarded the food services contract on McGuire AFB. The food service contract is a 24 hours per day, 365 days per year operations. Approximately 1,500 meals are served daily at the Halverson Dining Hall to military and civilian personnel stationed at McGuire AFB. More than 45 individuals with disabilities receive training at the Dining Hall.
Routine duties include serving meals, bussing tables, food preparation, dishwashing and custodial maintenance of dining hall. |
