Our commitment is to actively support and empower adults with disabilities in shaping their future through various job opportunities. In the intake process, individuals collaborate with the Vocational Evaluator, engaging in a person-centered decision-making process to identify the most fitting Vocational Service for their needs. Vocational Case Managers aid participants in exploring interests and goals to cultivate work skills and habits. This ensures each individual has the opportunity to assess their growth and make necessary adjustments to their programming and placement.
Day Services
Our Community Access Centers (CACs) offer day habilitation, community integration, and prevocational training. The goal of each service is to foster life skills and independence by accomplishing personal goals. Each CAC delivers a supportive and structured learning environment, crafting an individualized plan for each participant. Additionally, the OTC provides a specialized service for adults with complex medical and behavioral needs.
Residential Homes
Our residential services foster a superior quality of life within a compassionate environment that prioritizes personal growth and independence. The objective is to enhance each individual’s opportunities and skills, promoting greater self-sufficiency with the assistance of trained staff members who maintain a supportive and enjoyable household. Group homes are staffed around the clock, seven days a week, ensuring a safe and enriched lifestyle for our residents.
